A key part of the rebuild was the modernisation of the bespoke integration with SME Professional, the letting system used by Western Lettings. The website now draws in live available properties through a structured feed, helping keep the site accurate, useful and closely aligned with the business’s day-to-day operations.
Complex Forms for Better Operations
The new platform includes complex conditional forms for online applications, customer onboarding and newsletter subscriptions.
